Payment – Terms & Conditions
Two Session Stop Smoking Program & Booked Session/s
Both Sessions of the Stop Smoking Program are paid in full in advance of commencement of the Initial Session. Re-scheduling of the Second Session or of any Booked Session can be made subject to a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the Booked Appointment and will not incur a charge.
Re-scheduling of any Booked Session after the above notice is chargeable at the full rate of the session booked and is non-refundable.
Professional Referral
If condition is being medicated or treated by a Licensed Professional referral by a Medical Practitioner may be required.
